Combine physical strength, mental sharpness and nature's peaceful atmosphere in a winter landscape that offers both challenge and relaxation. Our heated tent provides warmth and comfort before and after yoga sessions, while embracing the fresh air and beauty of the surrounding forest. After the yoga session, you can warm your body further in our unique sauna tent, where traditional heat meets a refreshing winter experience.

What is included:

  • Outdoor Yoga Sessions : Experience powerful and balancing yoga sessions tailored for men, in the middle of nature's winter-clad surroundings.
  • Heated tent : Before and after each session, you can recover in our heated tent, with a stove that spreads heat and creates an inviting atmosphere.
  • Traditional sauna rituals and choose between a snow bath or an ice bath: Experience the Swedish sauna tradition in our specially equipped sauna tent. After a warming sauna session, you can take a refreshing snow bath or ice bath, which stimulates blood circulation and gives a wonderful boost of energy.
  • Breathing exercises and meditation : Deepen your experience with techniques that promote both physical and mental strength, while enjoying the calming winter nature.
  • Organic hot drink : Enjoy organic and nutritious hot drinks served after each session.

For whom?
This experience is designed for men who want to combine physical activity with mental recovery in a natural environment. Perfect for those looking for a break from everyday life and want to strengthen both body and mind during the most peaceful months of winter.

Group size:
We keep the groups small, with 5-7 participants per session, to ensure a personal and focused experience.

Where:
In the forest outside Östersund, where the silence is broken only by your breath and the gentle winds of winter.

What you should bring with you:

  • Warm, comfortable clothing: Layer upon layer of moisture-wicking materials to keep you warm during all outdoor activities.
  • Hiking boots or winter shoes: Waterproof and insulating shoes suitable for snowy and cold conditions.
  • Swimwear: For the sauna rituals and snow baths.
  • Yoga mat: Bring your yoga mat, if you don't have your own, we can arrange one for you.
  • Water bottle: To keep you hydrated during the activities.

When:
Available throughout the winter, with multiple daily sessions depending on demand.

Practical information:
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Come in warm, moving clothes and prepare for an experience that combines the cold of winter with the warmth of the heart. The experience lasts for half a day.

Other:

  • The program is subject to change due to current weather and snow conditions or other unforeseeable events.
  • If the arrangement does not reach the minimum number for implementation, it is canceled at least three weeks before.
