Booking Process
When booking a package with us, you agree to pay all associated costs, including the package price, applicable taxes, and any additional fees clearly stated at the time of booking. The date for your adventure will be arranged with you after booking confirmation.
Payment Options
We accept payments by credit card. If there are any restrictions on payment methods, these will be specified during the booking process.
Payment Schedule
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Any additional costs, such as taxes or surcharges, will be clearly stated before the booking is confirmed.
Additional Fees
Please note that some payment methods may incur additional fees, which will be clearly stated before the booking is finalized. If payments are not made on time, a late payment fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the package you choose. Detailed information about the applicable cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. If you have any questions regarding cancellations, please contact us.

Early Cancellation (more than 30 days before the agreed date):
Full refund minus an administrative fee of 8% of the total booking amount. -
Late Cancellation (7–30 days before the agreed date):
A 50% cancellation fee will apply. -
Cancellation less than 7 days before the agreed date:
No refund will be issued. -
Force Majeure:
If the experience is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. -
Cancellation by Swedish Wilderness Sustainable Adventures:
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduling or a full refund.
Taxes and Fees
All prices listed on our website include VAT. Depending on your geographic location, additional taxes or fees may apply, and these will be clearly indicated before you complete your booking.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If your booking is not for a specific date or period, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking, as stipulated by the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, if your package is for a specific date or period, this right does not apply.
