Our WinterCamp, which takes place in the mountains around Östersund, lasts for one night and is a unique experience where you get the opportunity to set up camp in the middle of a winter paradise and sleep under the shimmering stars. Explore the wonders of winter:

• Cross-country skis: You will reach the site on cross-country skis, where you will experience the fantastic winter scenery of the mountains and enjoy the tranquility of the snow-covered nature, before reaching the perfect vantage point to witness the magic of the Northern Lights.
• Starry camping: We have set up a communal tent in a place in the mountains where the sky is clear and the northern lights play the main role in the night's performance.
• Northern Lights Dance: Witness the spectacular northern lights over the mountains, a natural phenomenon that transforms the sky into a colorful canvas. (However, we cannot guarantee the northern lights during the night.)

Group size:

When booking, you specify how many people will participate in WinterCamp. To guarantee an intimate and personal experience, we limit the number of participants to a maximum of 5 people. This ensures that every participant gets the most out of this unique winter experience.

Age limit:

VinterCamp is recommended for people aged 15 and over. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend that all participants are in good physical condition and comfortable in cold weather conditions.

What you should bring with you:

To ensure that you are well prepared and able to fully enjoy the experience, we recommend that you bring the following:

• Warm, layer-on-layer clothing: Include moisture-wicking base layers, warming mid-layers and a protective outer layer to keep you warm and dry.
• Waterproof and insulating winter shoes: Hiking boots or boots suitable for cold and snowy conditions.
• Hat, scarf and gloves: Important to keep the extremities warm in the cold mountain environment.
• Sleeping bag for winter cold: We recommend a sleeping bag that can withstand temperatures down to -30°C. If you don't have such a sleeping bag, we can help arrange it for you.
• Personal hygiene items: Bring your own toiletries, as well as a small towel.
• Water bottle: To keep you hydrated during the ride.
• Snacks: Energy-rich snacks to keep energy up during outdoor activities.

What we provide:

We provide all necessary camping equipment adapted to winter conditions in the mountains, including:

• A heated communal tent with a stove.
• Touring skis and other necessary equipment to get you to and from the campsite.
• Food and drink throughout the experience. Please let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements.

Other:

• The program is subject to change due to current weather and snow conditions or other unforeseeable events.
• If the arrangement does not reach the minimum number for implementation, it is canceled at least three weeks before.
